The DTF printing process consists of 5 main stages:
- Design Preparation
The design is created or prepared using design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.). - Printing onto Film
The design is printed onto a special DTF film using a DTF printer with DTF ink (CMYK + White). - Powder Application
Adhesive powder (hot melt powder) is applied onto the wet ink. This powder acts as "glue" during the transfer process. - Curing
The film with adhesive powder is heated (cured) at a specific temperature (around 100-120°C) for 2-3 minutes. - Heat Press Transfer
The film is pressed onto the fabric using a heat press machine at 150-160°C for 10-15 seconds. After cooling, the film is peeled off and the design is permanently bonded to the fabric.
