CUT-ZR - Hisaka Jet Dyeing Machine with new concepts. Having a new structure of its Dyeing Tube and other parts, this New Machine type can load two ropes in one Dyeing tube with smooth fabric running conditions. The advantages of this capability are:

• Double loading capacity in one tube with the same water level will result in Lower Liquor Ratio (1 – 4/6 for PET Knitted fabrics)
• Lower Liquor Ratio means less Energy Consumption, shorter Processing Time, and less Water Discharge Amount (more Environmentally Friendly).
• The same loading capacity from two Tubes to one Tube only means less space for the same Production Amount, or more Production Capacity for the same Factory space.
