CUT - Jet Dyeing Machine

HISAKA Circular Jet Dyeing Machine features an easy operation, space-saving design. In combination with a new, highly functional system, it offers further improvements in dyeing plant productivity and lower costs, and eliminates human differences.

Hisaka Circular Jet Dyeing Machine can be used for multi-purposes (dyeing/relaxing/weight reduction), and with its ability to solve alignment and overlapping problems for mixed materials when new composite, synthetic, natural and mixed fibres are dyed together, it can be used for a variety of purposes, from thin to thick fabrics.

Hisaka Circular Jet Dyeing Machine can be made based on the customer's need of production capacity: 

  • CUT-ZR: Capacity around 400 kg/tube or 800 kg/2 tubes, made in Hisaka Japan
  • CUT-XF: Capacity around 200 kg/tube or 400 kg/2 tubes, made in Hisaka Japan
