Hisaka Hot Water Storage Type Retort Sterilizer (RCS) is a high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization system that utilizes full-water heating and cooling technology. By filling the processing tank completely with water, this system enables uniform heat distribution through natural water circulation, making it ideal for processing various container types and sizes with energy-efficient operation.
The processing tank is completely filled with water, enabling heat and cooling of products regardless of container type or size. Customers can select not only trays but also cages, increasing the product quantity loaded in the processing tank.
By switching the water flow in the processing tank and using slitted liquid-releasing trays in the center, water flow is dispersed to every area of the product trays. This ideal system makes uniform heating possible through effective use of natural water circulation.
Capable of high-temperature, rapid processing for improved production efficiency. The system achieves commercial sterility while maintaining product quality and taste.
Saves energy via heat recovery system (option). The hot water storage type reduces operational costs through efficient thermal energy management.

Processing tank is completely filled with water. Products are loaded in trays or cages depending on container type.
Circulation pump drives water flow. Steam ejector heats water to sterilization temperature (121-135°C).
Water flows through slitted liquid-releasing trays, dispersing uniformly to every area of product trays via natural convection.
Products are sterilized at high temperature. Overpressure is maintained using compressed air for container protection.
Full-water cooling system circulates cooled water. Heat recovery system (option) captures thermal energy for reuse.
Sterilized products are unloaded and transferred to next processing stage (labeling, packaging, warehousing).
