Hisaka HWR (Automatic Weight Reduction System) is an advanced automation system for textile dyeing that fully automates the complex liquid weight reduction process. Using high-precision measuring instruments and systematic control, HWR ensures consistent quality, improved productivity, and efficient resource utilization for synthetic fabric processing.
Automatic operation eliminates manual inconsistencies. Continuous high-precision measuring instruments automatically determine the end point of weight reduction, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency. Multiple dyeing machine units can be controlled simultaneously.
Batch system enables small-volume production of diverse products with high-grade processing. Compatible with high-pressure dyeing machines for both normal pressure and high pressure weight reduction (90-130°C).
By repeatedly using high-concentration weight reduction liquid, resources are effectively utilized. This reduces chemical consumption, water usage, and energy costs while maintaining processing quality.
The HWR system consists of five integrated components that work together to automate the weight reduction process:
Prepares and supplies the weight reduction liquid with precise concentration control.
Central control system that monitors and automates the entire weight reduction process.
Recovers and recycles weight reduction liquid for reuse, reducing chemical waste.
Precisely measures and feeds sodium hydroxide (NaOH) for optimal concentration.
Continuously monitors liquid density to ensure consistent processing quality.
Process Temperature: 130°C
Weight reduction liquid is fully consumed and discharged after processing. Suitable for applications requiring maximum processing intensity and where liquid reuse is not preferred.
Process Temperature: 100-110°C
Weight reduction liquid is recovered and reused for subsequent batches. Maximizes resource efficiency and reduces chemical consumption while maintaining processing quality.
Hisaka HWR is ideal for dyeing facilities that:
