Using high-precision measuring instruments and systematic control, HWR ensures consistent quality, improved productivity, and efficient resource utilization for synthetic fabric processing.

Completely Consumption Style

Process Temperature: 130°C

Weight reduction liquid is fully consumed and discharged after processing. Suitable for applications requiring maximum processing intensity and where liquid reuse is not preferred.

Recovery Style

Process Temperature: 100-110°C

Weight reduction liquid is recovered and reused for subsequent batches. Maximizes resource efficiency and reduces chemical consumption while maintaining processing quality.
