Hisaka RD (Rapid Dissolving System) is an advanced dissolution technology that dissolves powder dyestuff more rapidly and more evenly using Hisaka's specially developed Dissolving Ejector Nozzle. This system contributes to high productivity, energy saving, and running stability by eliminating the need for separate dissolution tanks and enabling rapid powder dissolution directly using liquid from the dyeing machine.
Using Hisaka's specially developed Dissolving Ejector Nozzle, the RD system rapidly dissolves 15kg disperse dyestuff in just 2 minutes. The powerful ejector action can dissolve powder even if there are small clusters, ensuring complete and uniform dissolution without lumps.
Dissolves using only liquid inside the dyeing machine - no additional water required. Energy is reduced because powder can be dissolved at room temperature liquid. Saves time for dyestuff preparation, contributing to significant labor savings and shorter production cycles.
During dissolving, no tank is required and there is no change in liquid level in the autoclave. This means no effect on the running of fabrics during the dissolution process, ensuring consistent dyeing quality and process stability.
Precision injection control can be performed by connecting to a service tank when required. This optional configuration provides flexibility for different production requirements and advanced process control needs.
The RD system operates through a streamlined process:
Dyestuff and auxiliary agent are placed in a special hopper and weighed precisely for accurate dosing.
Powder flows through the Dissolving Ejector Nozzle where it is rapidly dissolved using liquid from the dyeing machine or service tank.
Dissolved solution is fed directly to the Dyeing Machine (Direct Feed) or Service Tank (Indirect Feed) based on configuration.
Directly to Dyeing Machine - Dissolved dyestuff solution is fed directly into the dyeing machine autoclave. Ideal for standard operations where immediate use is required.
To Service Tank - Solution is first stored in a service tank for precision injection control. Provides flexibility for multi-batch operations and advanced process control.
Hisaka RD is ideal for dyeing facilities that:
