Working Principle

The Lift Steamer Z operates through a fully automated continuous process:

Automatic Loading

Product baskets are automatically loaded onto the conveyor system. Sensors detect basket position and initiate the sterilization cycle.

Pre-Heating Zone

Baskets enter the pre-heating zone where products are gradually raised to sterilization temperature, preventing thermal shock.

Sterilization Zone

Products are held at sterilization temperature (121-135°C) for predetermined time. Steam injection and pressure control ensure commercial sterility.

Cooling Zone

Sterilized products move to cooling zone where water spray or immersion cooling reduces product temperature to safe handling levels.

Surface Drying

Air-blow drying system (option) removes surface water from containers, preparing products for labeling and packaging.
